In addition, the emailing of a contract report is provided as well. Users can access this guide as well as others from the Support option after clicking on your gear icon.

Contract Guardian just added another feature to their personalization options in Contract Guardian. Upload a custom image as a header logo. Your custom logo will be displayed for all services within Contract Guardian. The image file should be in PNG, GIF or JPG format with it being no larger than 2MB.
The service does require one to have administrative
rights to the account. A rendering of the logo
is presented within the Contract Guardian Account Console. The
new logo is included in the support of the contract
guardian mobile interface for smartphones and tablets.
Contract Guardian announced it has released a revised user interface to further improve the user's experience when working with smartphones, tablets, touchscreens and desktop computers. The screens will dynamically adjust to the device and screen size being used.
The Cover Sheet Generator can be used for both pre and post contract generation. Many organizations start their workflow process with a cover sheet to capture initial meta data for their contract management system. Others request audit summary copy with the meta data populating the cover sheet. This new feature addresses both needs.
AutoFill is a comprehensive document / contract automation feature. It facilitates the creation and sharing of multiple documents by fetching data entered through Contract Guardian. You can link unlimited document templates to be completed via the mapping of merge fields. Generate contracts, quotes, sales orders, renewal letters, etc.
