• They created a Product Portfolio by using the user defined fields and document types to provide a single view of up-to-date product information for all users. This approach allows them to store rich attributes, images and marketing copy as well. They keep the content current and trigger review processes by using the email notifications.
• As part of their continuous improvement process, they have taken a series of existing documents connected to an order and shipping details with hand written notes and added them to Contract Guardian. The documents are scanned via our Rapid Scan Module and routed to the appropriate staff in the organization. The result is a dramatically improved process with time and money savings.
