Contract Guardian has automated the process of proofreading your contract with release of the Autoreviewer Module.

Cincinnati, OH - August 27, 2015 - Contract Guardian today announced it has released Contract Guardian Autoreviewer Module.  Very few Enterprise Contract Management Systems offer this exciting capability.  Imagine having someone available to proofread your contracts every time there is a new document added or a new version of the document.  Contract Guardian does exactly that and can stop a contract in its tracks and alert you regarding inappropriate phrase or potential risk.

This new module is provided to all users at no additional charge!

Two critical aspects of Autoreviewer are the Phrase Creation and the Autoreviewer Alerts.

Phrase Creation

• Phrases - Create and assign unlimited phrases
• Definition - Anything from a word - multiple pages
• Assign to Contract Type - Each phrase can be assigned to one or more type
• Views- View a phrase and see all associated types

Autoreviewer Alerts

• Trigger a Review - Every time you load a contract
• Alert within Workflow
- user will be notified at each step if a contract has an active alert. a template step or created on demand. One can sequence
