Contract Guardian offers multiple integrated tools to support the contract manager.

 Contract management support options:

• Report an Issue is accessed via the Tab at the top center of every page in Contract Guardian. The screen capture below shows you that once you click report an issue, you will be presented with the opportunity to describe the situation as well as sending a screen captures if available. In addition, name and email is requested so that we can respond accordingly.
• Support Button provides you with the details of how to reach support via phone and video conference support (Share screen and application). It also describes the other support mechanisms available. An ever growing inventory of contract management videos can be accessed directly from here as well.
• Feedback Button delivers a generic way to communicate with everyone on the Contract Guardian Team. Send us a compliment, request, complaint or any other type of message. Every communication is reviewed by Management, Marketing, Sales, Development & Support.

The image below appears at the top of every Contract Guardian screen and alerts you to any notification or assistance you might require.

 Contract management notifications: options:

• Search - the search option is on every screen in the system. It enables you to search the entire system across all of your data base information, contracts and attachments.
• Globe - when it turns orange, there is a message for you. Click on the globe and you will receive an update for items like tasks that are needed to be performed and contract workflow step that requires your review.
• Configuration Gear
  • Dashboard Configuration - Select the components for your dashboard and configure individual options for a component.   Example: Define number of days to look into the future for expiring contracts.
  • Support - Enter a support request or view a training video. It provides you with the details of how to reach support via phone and video conference support (Share screen and application). It also describes the other support mechanisms available. An ever growing inventory of contract management videos can be accessed directly from here as well.
  • Profile - Update your profile. Lost your password? No problem, Contract Guardian has that covered as well.
  • Logoff - Sign off of the system.

Having a process in place to track and evaluate vendor performance is essential. You can leverage the unlimited number of user defined fields and field sets to create your vendor evaluation checklist. Contract Guardian will automatically send email notification for when it is time to perform the evaluation.

In addition, you can download the report Excel as well as email the report. Some clients send the report to the vendor to show them exactly where they need to improve if they wish to be their preferred vendor.

NO HANDCUFFS HERE AND WE WILL PUT IT IN WRITING.

You own your data!  In fact, a client can download their data at anytime.   Contract Guardian will provide you all of your contract meta data and attachments should you decide to discontinue using the services.  If you cancel the subscription, and once you have confirmed you are fully off the system, we will delete all records within 30 days.

AUTOMATIC OCR GENERATION.

Have you ever received a PDF of a contract only to discover that none of the information is searchable?  Often times you discover it after loading the document into your contract management system.  Typically, your only option at this point is to scan the document and create an OCR layer.  Then, reload the contract into your contract management system.  Time and frustration for sure.  Those concerns have now been eliminated with the Contract Guardian automatic detection and creation of the OCR layer.
